USA Restaurant Suppliers stands behind the quality of our professional-grade equipment and offers a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that certain heavy equipment or custom-ordered pieces may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 2.
    Prepare the Shipment

    Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship to Our Warehouse

    Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our central distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality compliance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
